Miryam Camacho Murillo will not process any order whose delivery address is a post office box. The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated when placing the order or, where appropriate, to the address indicated in the customer account.
Orders will be shipped within a maximum period of 30 days from the formalization and full payment thereof. The shipment of all those orders formalized after 8:00 a.m. will be processed the next business day. Business days shall be understood as all those from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, holidays being expressly excluded, both at the regional level in the Andalusian Community, and holidays at the state level.
Once the order has been received, MIKMU will inform the customer of a possible stock out due to the existence of a promotion, so that they can decide about the purchase made or, where appropriate, receive it within a period of 30 to 45 working days.
In promotional periods, the delivery time can be from 30 to 45 working days.
The garments in “pre-sale” will be sent from the day marked on their product sheet. If an order is made for several garments and one or more are pre-sale, this order will always be shipped complete, therefore the shipping date will be from the date indicated on the product sheet of the pre-sale garment.
In case of supervening or manifest impossibility of meeting the indicated deadlines, the client will be notified as soon as possible by email of such circumstance.
Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the transportation agency designated by Miryam Camacho Murillo, who will make up to a maximum of TWO attempts. If they are unsuccessful, the agency will keep the order for a maximum period of 6 days, after which it will return to the Miryam Camacho Murillo facilities.
Shipments cannot be made to CityPack points under any circumstances.
Successive shipments will be assumed new and entirely by the USER.
3.1.a) Shipping Zones

3.1.b) – Troubleshooting shipments.
The USER must notify Miryam Camacho Murillo’s Customer Service as soon as possible of any delay or non-delivery. Miryam Camacho Murillo will proceed as soon as possible to resolve the existing contingency.
Any claim made within a period of more than 15 calendar days from when the order should have been received will not be addressed.
3.2 – Withdrawal, Changes and Returns.
3.2.a) – Right of Withdrawal of the USER.
The USER has the right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the order.
Returns covered by the withdrawal prescribed in the TRLGDCU will not be accepted when it is appreciated that the garments have been used, manipulated, damaged or any other analogous thing that prevents Miryam Camacho Murillo from putting the same for sale in identical conditions to those that she did with the USER who exercises the withdrawal.
The USER will be satisfied with the amount of the price of the item, although they will be responsible for those related to the costs of returning and making available to Miryam Camacho Murillo, under the provisions of article 108.1 TRLGDCU, except that upon receipt the request present any contingency attributable to Miryam Camacho Murillo.
3.2.b) – Changes and returns in the order.
In case of disagreement in the order received, the USER may, within 15 calendar days after receiving it, communicate their intention to change, either for the same item of a different size, for a voucher whose value will be equivalent to the amount of the purchase whose exchange is intended, or for the amount of the garment, discounting the management costs of the return. Orders for personalized products or with custom sizes cannot be exchanged or returned.
All costs generated as a result of the change or return of the order will be borne by the USER, who through the “returns” section may proceed as indicated. In the event of any incident, you may resort to Customer Service who will guide you through the exchange or return process. Likewise, in the case of returns requested both from the Canary Islands and from outside the Spanish peninsular territory, the maximum period for the CUSTOMER to process the return is 15 calendar days from receipt. Returns requested from Portugal and the Balearic Islands are excepted from the above, which will have the same treatment as that provided for returns requested from the Spanish peninsular territory, with the maximum processing period for the return being 15 calendar days from the purchase.
In online returns made in a physical store, the approximate time for the refund of the amount can be from 2 to 3 weeks.
In the same way, the USER may, at his free choice, designate the transport company in charge of withdrawing the order to proceed with the exchange or return. Miryam Camacho Murillo is not responsible in any case for the loss or misplacement of the order whose return or exchange is interested and is carried out by this means.
Miryam Camacho Murillo reserves the right not to accept the change if, once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, used, stained, broken, washed or in inadequate conditions, communicating the aforementioned incident to the USER.
Any change or return will be subject to the availability of the product as indicated in relation to the AVAILABLE STOCK in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The exchange or return of accessories material or material from the Women’s section is accepted as long as the products that include the aforementioned categories are not used, unsealed or have not been personalized or made with a custom sizing. In case of disagreement with the status of the order received, the USER will have to communicate the defect that it suffers from within a maximum period of 12 hours from receipt of it; Otherwise, the conformity will be presumed, that it has been used and therefore neither the change nor the return will be possible. In the event that the CUSTOMER makes a return of the aforementioned items for exchange, they will be informed to order their collection at their expense in accordance with the provisions of article 108.1 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Defense of Consumers and Users.
– Products subject to promotion – Those purchases of products in promotion will be subject to the specific conditions of the promotion that will be specified with each one of them and without in any case reducing the provisions of these clauses.”
All this will operate if the products object of this promotion are not found, due to the promotion itself, with a more favorable price. In this case, the USER may opt for a full refund or, where appropriate, will have to pay the ordinary price of the garments, since they will not form part of the conditions of this promotion.
3.2.b.1 – Exchange vouchers.
In case of not having stock at the time of the exchange or return request, a voucher will be delivered for the same amount as the purchase as long as the purchase is not canceled after being notified of the non-availability of stock to the USER.
The voucher issued will be referenced and will not have an expiration date.
The voucher will ONLY BE REDEEMABLE through the Website, not being possible to exchange it in physical stores.
3.2.b.2 – Forms and terms of return
In the case of payment, the payment of the amount will be made by the same means with which the purchase was made, be it PayPal, card or bank transfer. The payment cannot be made after 14 days from the date of placing the order.
In any case, the costs associated with the changes and returns NOT ATTRIBUTABLE to Miryam Camacho Murillo will be borne by the client.
Shipments related to returns or changes to postage due will not be accepted in any case.
4- LEGAL GUARANTEES
The products sold by Miryam Camacho Murillo are subject to the conditions of legal guarantees provided for in articles 114 to 127 of the TRLDCU regarding guarantees and after-sales services and in the same way in relation to the perfection of contracts outside the commercial establishment and to the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
4.1. – MIKMU guarantee and commitment to the damages that the order presents:
MIKMU undertakes to deliver a new product, in accordance with the purchase contract and free of defects, so that the product adapts to the benefits to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended, and presents the characteristics described during its sale. .
In the event that the purchased product presents deficiencies and/or defects and provided that it has not been manipulated, washed, etc. and does not respond to ordinary use or ordinary disuse of the thing, MIKMU will assume the damage, empowering the USER to choose between repair or replacement of the purchased item. In the event that the repair or substitution for an identical product is impossible, the USER may demand the refund of the price paid and return the product, or, where appropriate, the substitution for another item for sale on the Website, seeing the difference paid. in case of being the one chosen with a lower price or paying the USER the increase in case of being higher than the value of the acquired one.
In case of hidden defects, what is indicated in the previous paragraph will apply.
5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law, although these conditions do not prevent the application, if any, and in accordance with Regulation CE 593/2008 of more favorable provisions for the consumer as long as when these exist in full force in the legal system of the country of domicile of the consumer.
In case of discrepancy with these and/or the marketing process or products received, you may go to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the same way, you have at your disposal the different Consumer Offices and Institutions at the national level (SPAIN).
